Computerworld holds certification to BS EN ISO 9001. To support this policy Computerworld Training has developed a "Quality Process Circle" or QPC. The QPC provides a framework within which all members of staff are trained to operate and which enables the company to retain their existing quality certification.
Jonathan Osborne, MD, and other senior heads are responsible for ensuring that the QPC is under constant review to maintain its effectiveness and authorise improvements where necessary. On a monthly basis a full report of the quality measures are collated and displayed at our reception for general view.

In our industry, we appreciate that the core measure of any training company is within the quality of every thing we do. As part of the training solution we would look to collate the delegate feedback for all of the courses being delivered across the UK either by our trainers or via a third party. This would then be provided to you in a monthly report at our account review meetings.

Computerworld Training also only employs experienced trainers with a proven successful track record. Trainers are recruited on the basis of qualification, experience and skill. We have a pool of over 35 experienced and professional trainers.

As part of the procedures, trainers are observed by a senior trainer each time they deliver a new course and are regularly "sitting-in" with each other. This is to maintain a high level of quality and to keep up a healthy exchange of ideas/techniques.

"We strive to deliver the best end-to-end service to our client" said James Turner, Computerworld's Training Director, "and our training courses are the heart of that service. I am very pleased with the team's performance and promise to make sure we keep our standards high".

Computerworld Training has been accredited by the Institute of IT Training. The Institute of IT Training is the world's first professional body for IT training professionals. It was established in 1995 and since then has grown on an annual basis where it is now firmly established as the leading authority throughout the UK and Europe on IT training and development.

The Institute of IT Training exists to continuously raise standards of professionalism within the training industry. The Institute focuses on enhancing and recognising the skills and professional status of individuals and organisations engaged in training activities, and assessing the quality of training services.

Computerworld are very proud to be involved with this organisation to ensure that we continue to set benchmarks of excellence as a training provider and deliver the best possible quality of training in the industry.
