- PRINCE2 Foundation (3 days)
Audience
Suitable for anybody who needs an in-depth understanding of PRINCE2 to the standard of PRINCE2 Practitioner, but does not need the Registered Practitioner qualification at this time. For example, you might be managing a project in a PRINCE2 environment, or preparing to do so intending to play a role in a project conducted in accordance with PRINCE2, and wishing to do so fully and responsibly.

You will be encouraged and assisted to recognise, understand and adopt the proven good project management practice embodied in PRINCE2. In addition, you will get the best possible preparation for taking your Foundation examination.
- PRINCE2 Practitioner (5 days)
Audience
This course will provide you with a good understanding of structured project management as presented in PRINCE2. The course is designed to provide a proper balance between the need for skills-transfer and the need to prepare thoroughly for the Practitioner examination – using a unique combination of distance learning and classroom training prior to sitting your Foundation & Practitioner examinations. On passing the Practitioner examination you will become a Registered PRINCE Practitioner.

- PRINCE2 Distance Learning
The course is delivered as a self-paced E Learning course, allowing learners to develop the specific skills that they require at there own pace.
The multi sensory instructional approach clearly conveys complex concepts and the success of knowledge transfer is measured through the interactive tests included within the courseware.
In addition to E Learning material delegates can also have access to a downloadable course manual. The total course duration is approximately forty two hours of E Learning, all delivered by expert instructors.
