Computerworld is currently working with a range of companies to help them grow in both England and Wales.

Train to gain helps to meet the needs of employers in England of all sizes and in all sectors to improve the skills of their employees as a route to improving their business performance. This service can be provided in many ways such as training which can be offered by Computerworld.
The service aims to encourage all employers to realise the benefits that learning and skills can bring, whilst recognising that different sized businesses or businesses from different sectors face different challenges.

The ProAct Initiative – Skills Growth Wales is a training scheme designed to help companies who are in a position of growth or who have identified a growth opportunity which could be achieved through training.
Funding of £3000 per individual is available for high level and new technology training to help bring around this growth in turnover, profit and/or employment.
If your business is in a period of rapid expansion and can demonstrate one of the following you may qualify:
- 10% growth in turnover
- Plans to hire at least 10 staff in the next 12 months
- The proposed training would not be able to happen without funding
So if you think your company might be eligible for the Train to Gain or Skills Growth Wales schemes then contact Computerworld on 01454 338309
