Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing business with existing clients and potential new clients as a representative of ComputerWorld, its products, services and partners with the ultimate intention of selling our solutions.

The role is client facing and you will be required to develop and maintain customer and supplier relationships and ensure that as much profit can be maximised, whilst still being competitive in the market place. You will be responsible and accountable for achieving your quarterly £GP-based target.

Additionally, you will be required to have a good understanding of multiple technologies within the ComputerWorld technology portfolio. You will be required to work collaboratively with your team-members, in addition to liaising with members of the technical and pre-sales teams as they design, architect and install the solutions.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Strong communication and negotiating skills

  • Ability to be assertive with clients and suppliers, when necessary

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and within financial budgets

  • Ability to understand customer needs and requirements and align with our solutions

  • Ability to expertly articulate the ComputerWorld value proposition

  • Strong time management, organisational skills and problem-solving skills

Services Strategic Sales Specialist

In your role, you will be entirely focussed on developing new business with existing and prospective clients as a representative of ComputerWorld, its products, services and partners with the ultimate intention of selling ComputerWorld branded managed support services and solutions.

The role is both will involve a mix of both office based and client facing activity. You will be required to develop and maintain customer and supplier relationships and ensure that as much profit can be maximised, whilst still being competitive in the market place. You will be responsible and accountable for achieving your monthly £GP-based target.

Additionally, you will be required to have a good understanding of multiple technologies within the ComputerWorld technology portfolio.
