Senior Infrastructure Engineer
We are currently searching for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our talented ServiceDesk team. In this role you will have responsibility for ensuring that all Computerworld’s clients, mainly CWcare, are supported for their 3rd line issues. You will be expected to receive escalations from other Infrastructure Engineers (IE) and occasionally from Technical Consultants in the field.
Internal Account Manager - Team Leader
We are looking for a Team Leader to develop and mentor a highly active, positive and competitive IAM team. You will work closely with the Sales Director in executing against the Strategic Sales Plan and with key stakeholders in the business to contribute and develop processes that allow the Internal Account Manager team to easily scale. You will provide mentoring, governance and skills development for your team members to drive the required performance growth.
