Announcing a new partnership with PhishMe

Phishing is one of the greatest threats to your organisation because it targets everyone – from the receptionist to the CEO. That’s why IT security teams need holistic phishing defense solutions that provide detection and protection from the Inbox to the SOC.

Computer World has teamed up with PhishMe, the leading provider of human focused phishing defense solutions, to help organisations combat and successfully stop dangerous threats by:

Preparing employees to be more resilient and vigilant against targeted cyber attacks

Empowering employees to easily report suspicious emails to the internal security teams in a timely manner

Providing incident responders with the ability to effectively prioritize, analyse, and act on suspect email reports detected by employees

Providing human-vetted phishing threat intelligence to quickly verify and validate reported threats for faster incident response

Here at ComputerWorld we are using the PhishMe product internally to educate our own team about the risk that faces them through Phishing attacks. The product and just-in-time training also teaches the users how to spot an attack before it is too late and since using the product internally, our team are much more alert and cautious when receiving emails or messages.

ComputerWorld named one of the 1000 most inspiring companies in Britain

ComputerWorld has been recognised in the London Stock Exchange's prestigious '1000 Companies to Inspire Britain' report, being among just 14 companies to inspire in Bristol. The report is a celebration of the UK's fastest-growing and most dynamic small and medium sized businesses.

In order to be included in the list, companies have to show consistent revenue growth over a minimum of three years, and significantly outperform their industry peers.

Barry Coombs, ComputerWorld's Operations Director, said: "all of us at ComputerWorld are extremely proud to have been selected as one of London Stock Exchange's 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain and to be one of only 14 Bristol based companies is the icing on the cake. This is recognition of the company's hard work in the business IT sphere over the last three years, and also how ComputerWorld has outperformed its many competitors in that time."
